Setting up the extension

The extensions configuration section is located at System > XTENTO > Two-Factor Authentication. Make sure to enable the module there.

To enable Two-Factor Authentication, log into the user account you want to enable TFA for, and go to System > Permissions > Users and open your account. Then, select the Two-Factor Authentication tab and follow the steps outlined there.

Troubleshooting

http://chart.googleapis.com/chart: The server responded with a status of 502

Issue: No QR code to set up TFA for admins can be generated in the admin anymore.
Reason: This is due to the shutdown of the Google Charts API. Please upgrade the module to the latest version, which implements a local QR code generation technique.
